The Standard Birth Package is the typical doula package. This package includes:
- One to two prenatal meetings in your home or my office, depending on distance
- Assistance in creating a birth plan
- Unlimited support via email and phone leading up to your birth
- Uninterrupted physical and emotional support by myself during your labor
- I remain with you for 1-2 hours following the birth to establish breastfeeding as baby allows.
- One postpartum meeting, where we will reevaluate breastfeeding, discuss my role in your birth, and talk about any issues or concerns. All doula clients are welcome to unlimited breastfeeding support via phone or email after the birth.

The Deluxe Birth Package is the typical doula package with some worthwhile extras:
- Two prenatal meetings- both in your home
- Assistance in creating a birth plan
- Unlimited support via email and phone leading up to your birth
- Uninterrupted physical and emotional support by myself during your labor
- I remain with you for 1-2 hours following the birth to establish breastfeeding as baby allows.
- One postpartum meeting (in your home), where we will reevaluate breastfeeding, discuss my role in your birth, and talk about any issues or concerns. All doula clients are welcome to unlimited breastfeeding support via phone or email after the birth.
- An additional in-home lactation assessment/family adjustment visit is included in this package in the postpartum period.

I offer free over the phone consultations about our working relationship options and to give you more insight to me as a person, doula, lactation consultant, postpartum supporter and friend. If you'd like an in-person meeting, please email me for time, availability, and location!

Certified Lactation Consultant Visit - In Home or Office
This covers any and all breastfeeding issues in person, in private, in your home or a meeting place you're comfortable with. Support on pumping, nursing children with allergies and/or food intolerance, latch evaluation, troubleshooting nursing issues, evaluating tongue or lip ties, etc. Weight assessments are also available. (Weigh baby before and after feed, to ease your mind about supply and intake)
$80 in home
*All clients who are outside of a 25 mile radius of 02346 will incur an additional $125 fee to cover travel, parking, etc. This is determined on a case-by-case basis, with the client. All mileage up-charges are discussed prior to booking.*
